Position objectives

Responsible for the further implementation, continuous development and enhancement of the Channel strategy in Europe in order to ensure strong channel footprint, sustainable profit generation for all parties and a stronger & more qualitative service network.

Main responsibilities - in close collaboration with the different regional sales offices and Headquarter management:

  • Strengthen and translate the European Channel strategy into local implementation and channel types which fit the market specifics, aligning the channel approach with the intended and actual business growth and improved value chain. This includes the mapping of the current network and the identification of white spots in a methodological process.
  • Understand local network evolutions and support Regions to regionalize and implement the strategy, steer in line with European framework. Demonstrate and reinforce European Strategy and benefits.
  • Create the right Pan-European and Regional business visibility on different activities / best practices to colleagues, management and Regions.
  • Support Regions to facilitate current and future channel & partner added value management.
  • Be the go-to person for all Channel related matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree level expected. Economic major
  • Function: 5 years experience in Network Development, Channel Management in an international B2B environment
  • Strategic & Tactical thinking. Helicopter view
  • High level of impact
  • Able to translate European Strategies in regional implementations
  • Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment
  • Demonstrated drive, confidence and risk taking
  • Experience in working in a complex corporate structure
  • Positive/can-do attitude
  • Flexible to travel
  • Ability to proactively identify and drive issues to closure across functions and organizations
  • Skilled in English
